We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase!!
CoverMe Boutique strives towards providing stellar customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on our handpicked merchandise. However, we understand that sometimes things do not work out.
We do our best to inspect each and every item sent to our customers for defects, but one may slip through the cracks. PLEASE inspect all items as soon as they arrive. All defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery confirmation by emailing: email@example.com with “Defective Item – Order Number” in the subject line. The defective item must be returned and received by CoverMe Boutique within 7 days after being contact by a CoverMe Boutique representative. Once we receive your defective item it will be inspected and you will be notified by email.

Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
Earrings, necklaces and sunglasses
Items may be returned/exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of the original delivery confirmation date. All items must be free of animal hair, perfume or other scents, with original tags and accompanied with the original receipt. CoverMe Boutique reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the items appears to be damaged, worn or used. All returns are processed within 3-5 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns/exchanges. We highly recommend you select a secure, traceable postage service for the package being returned, so you can be sure it is received back to us. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that may be lost in transit.
Your return package must be post-marked and sent back to us within 14 days from the original delivery confirmation date.
Items returned that do not qualify for a store credit/exchange, according to CoverMe Boutiques’ policy, will be returned to the customer and standard shipping charges will be applied to your credit/debit card.
Please submit a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with “Returns Request – Order Number” in the subject line. You will be notified.
Store credits are issued via email and are valid for 60 days after the store credit issue date.
